Location:  Villa Margarita is a traditional building in a quiet and tasteful environment. It’s located in the city centre, near the Spetses Museum “Chatzigianni Mexi” and is 300m away from the central beach Agios Mamas. Exterior Space:  Villa Margarita offers a swimming pool next to which you can enjoy your coffee or your refreshments.  In addition to it you can have fun and/or relax and spent some nice time in our beautifully designed courtyard.
Swimming-pool:
It’s approximately 3x9m with maximum depth 2-2,5m and minimum depth 1,5m.  It’s a freshwater pool and operates from May-September. From 14:00pm - 17:00pm is siesta time.
Villa Margarita
is a two-storied building newly renovated and offers 7 one-room-studios and 10 rooms.  All Studios and rooms are equipped with TV, refrigerator, A/C, and hair-dryer.  The studios have also a cooking corner.
Type A - 7 Studio for 2-4 individuals:
  From the 7 studios, 3 are suitable for 2 persons, 1 for 4 and 2 studios are suitable for 3 persons.
Rooms (total of 10):
from the 10 rooms, 6 are double rooms and 4 are triple rooms.
Room maintenance:
 
Cleaning takes place daily; changing of sheets/towels every 2 days.
Restaurants/cafeterias:
  Restaurants taverns, mini markets and cafeterias are to be found within a distance of 300m.
Beaches:
  The closest beach you can swim is the central beach of Saint Mamas. The next one is Saint Nicolas beach.
Bus station:
  In exactly 300m from our grounds you reach the bus station.  The bus takes you to every single beach of our island.
Activities:
  Spetses is suitable for walking and biking.  You can also visit the Mpoumpoulina Museum, the Spetses Museum “Chatzigianni Mexi”, the church of Saint Nikolas, the small church of Virgin Mary of Armata (Chariots) near the lighthouse, the grounds of the historical Anargyrios and Korgialeneos School/Faculty, the Kapodistrian Intellectual Roof and the impressive cave of Mpekiri.
