Location:
Kastro Studios and Apartments are situated in a beautiful
orchard in the city centre and only 100m away from the
picturesque harbour of Ntapia. Moreover, the central beach
Agios Mamas, with various shops (restaurants, taverns, food
stores, cafeterias etc.) is only 100m away. Our development,
even though located in the city centre, is quiet without any
noises from bars or crowds.

Studios and Apartments
are a two-story traditional mansion that was renovated with
distinct care in order to maintain the beauty of the traditional
architecture of the building.
Kastro
consists of 17 apartments of different types. All apartments are
equipped with TV, cooking corner, refrigerator, A/C, telephone,
hair-dryer, shower/WC, and balcony.
Type A - 2 Studios for 2-3 individuals:
The studios consist of a single space with a double bed and a
single bed or a couch bed that unfolds into a comfortable bed.
Type B - 7 apartments for 3-5 individuals:
The apartments are the same with the studios plus an additional
bedroom with a double and a single bed.
Type C - 7 townhouses for 3-5 individuals:
The townhouses have downstairs a similar space as the studios
and upstairs a single space with a double bed.
Room maintenance:
Cleaning takes place daily; changing of sheets every 2 days.
Exterior Space:
Our exterior space is tastefully and beautifully designed. It
offers a swimming pool and a bar with outdoor tables, where you
can order coffee, refreshments, drinks and small snacks.
Swimming-pool:
It’s 4x10m. It’s a freshwater pool and
operates from May-September. From 14:00pm - 17:00pm is siesta
time.
Restaurants/cafeterias:
Restaurants taverns, mini markets and cafeterias are to be found
within a distance of 100m.
Beaches:
The first beach you can go to is exactly 30m from our lodging.
Next is Agios Mamas Beach. Within 15min walking distance you
will find the organised beautiful Caique Beach or Anargyreos
Scole.
Bus station:
In exactly 100m from our grounds you reach the bus station. The
bus takes you to every beach on our island e.g., Kounoupitsa,
Agios Nikolaos, Agia Marina, Agii Anargyri, Agia Paraskevi,
Kouzounos, Xelokeriza, Kamares, Zoueria, Ligoneri and Brellos.
Activities:
Spetses is suitable for walking and biking. You can also visit
the Mpoumpoulina Museum, the Spetses Museum “Chatzigianni Mexi”,
the church of Saint Nikolas, the small church of Virgin Mary of
Armata (Chariots) near the lighthouse, the grounds of the
historical Anargyrios and Korgialeneos School/Faculty, the
Kapodistrian Intellectual Roof and the impressive cave of Bekiri. |
